Geranium essential oil has a strong, sweet smell. In some locations, geranium plants grow more like trees, with massive stalks and flowers year-round, reaching up to 10 feet tall. Our geranium comes from leaves and flowers of the Pelargonium graveolens plant grown in Egypt.

Common Uses
Geranium is great for oily, dry, or mature skin. Topically, it can be used to improve the appearance of skin. Aromatically, it is excellent for increasing calm or helping relax. Diffuse or apply in 2-5% dilution.
Fun Fact
There are over 200 species of geranium, some scented and some not. The plants originated from South Africa as well as Reunion, Madagascar, Egypt and Morocco. They were introduced to European countries such as Italy, Spain and France in the 17th century. In early times geraniums were planted around the house to help keep evil spirits at bay.
