Our Nut Medley Butter is made from the highest quality, certified organic almonds, walnuts, pecans, and cashews. Unlike other nut butters that use nut pieces, we use only whole nuts to give you a mixed nut butter with the smoothest consistency. These are the same nuts that are present in our Mixed Nuts. They are soaked and dehydrated to keep them raw and delicious. When blended together, the result is a creamy butter that you can use with fruit and vegetable spreads or dips, on crackers and breads, or even in granola bars, frostings, and cookies.

Non-GMO, Natural Nut Butter

At Wildly Organic, our goal is to provide you with the most delicious, minimally processed organic nut butter that you can incorporate into your smoothies or use on its own as a replacement for other nut butters. It has a ton of flavor and nutritional benefits. Our Nut Medley Butter is rich in healthy fats, fiber, antioxidants, minerals, protein, and vitamins, and contains no added sugar. We source the highest-quality raw, whole nuts to ensure our nut butter has a creamy texture and smooth consistency along with a rich flavor that will give you a satisfying experience with every use.

Made With Soaked and Dehydrated Nuts

Nuts are rich in nutrients but not all of these nutrients are readily available for absorption in your body. It’s because of a compound known as phytic acid which binds to the nutrients of the nuts and creates an enzyme called phytate which prevents nutrient absorption.

Soaking the nuts causes the enzyme to break down, releasing the nutrients. This process is known as “activation”. We activate all of our nuts before slowly dehydrating them at a low temperature to bring them back to their raw state with an extra crunch.

Is Organic Nut Butter Good for You?

Yes, organically produced nut butters are a healthy choice because they’re free of fertilizers, pesticides, and synthetic additives, and are minimally processed to retain their raw benefits. They’re a rich source of protein, fiber, minerals, vitamins, and other nutrients.

What Is the Healthiest Nut Butter?

Almond butter is generally considered to be the healthiest substitute for peanut butter. However, since different nuts have different properties, a natural nut butter containing a mix of nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pecans, and cashews is a more nutritious option because it offers a diverse range of nutrients, healthy fats, and protein.

Is It Okay to Eat Organic Nut Butter Every Day?

Yes, consuming nut butter every day is excellent for hitting your daily nutrient goals since it provides a wide range of essential nutrients, healthy fats, and protein. However, as with everything in life, moderation is key.

How to Use Natural Nut Butter?

Nut butter can be enjoyed on its own or by spreading it on toast, blending it into smoothies, adding it to oatmeal, yogurt, dips & sauces, and baked goods such as cookies and protein bars. See our blog to find some delicious recipes that use organic nut butter.
