Mixed Nuts of the Highest Quality
The nuts are harvested from small organic farms in the US. The only exception is our cashews, which come from a small operation in Southeast Asia where local farmers can make a living wage and support their families.
Every nut is inspected and graded at the highest possible rating before they’re shipped to us. Then, we soak and dehydrate the raw mixed nuts to preserve their taste and health benefits.
Why Soaked & Dehydrated Nuts?
These organic mixed nuts are “activated” using a soaking and low-temperature dehydrating method in our facility. By soaking nuts, phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors that may interfere with nutrient absorption are broken down. We then dehydrate them at low temperatures to preserve nutrients, micro-nutrients, and enzymes.
The result is crispy, great-tasting raw nuts. We take extra measures, such as excellent quality control, cool storage, and vapor barrier packaging to preserve freshness and ensure that you receive only the best from Wildly Organic.
