Ingredients: Wildcrafted fresh Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root, Kosher vegetable glycerin, filtered water. Fresh herb strength 1:1 (1,000 mg / ml herb equivalency)

Suggested Use: Shake well; Mix 15 drops in water; take at bedtime. Take additional 15 drops one hour later if needed. Use for 3 consecutive nights for best results.
